Update 9/2026: I took my Tristar in for a new cord and they replaced it no problem within a couple weeks and for way less than I anticipated! 11/10 customer service and experience! 2021: I was worried my 20-year-old Tristar was losing suction and since it's literally never been touched except to change the bag regularly and the engine filter once, I sent them an email asking if they could help. They called me not 12 hours later and I lugged it in to give them a look at. They were super helpful and thorough when reviewing the machine and hoses, etc. and didn't charge anything as there wasn't anything substantial they could do to help. I fully recommend them to everyone looking for help with their vacuum!

I brought my Kirby in for repair after the neutral drive pedal broke and they estimated a 3 week turn-around when I dropped it off. They later called me with a quote for the repair order. Not only was the quote lower than I expected, but they got it done faster than I was expecting too. The labor included a tune-up and cleaning as well as the agreed upon replacement parts. Service was excellent and my vacuum works perfectly again!

I brought my very old shark vacuum to be fixed. The problem was diagnosed in 3 minutes (clogged hose) and was fixed in 5 minutes for $20,00. If you think your vacuum has died, bring it here first.
